This message is used by the owner of a position to request a Position Report <35=AP> from the holder of the position, usually the central counterparty or clearing organization. The request can be made at several levels of granularity.
The message can be used to request a one=time snapshot of positions, or to subscribe to updates as they occur using the SubscriptionRequestType (263).
The ResponseTransportType (725) can be used to specify if the reports are to be sent in-band over the session transport or out-of-band of band over an alternative transport such as FTP.
