This message is used to submit registration information for an order or for an allocation.

This message can be submitted with RegistTransType (514) = "new", "cancel" or "replace". When replacing or cancelling a registration, RegistRefID (508) is required. When replacing information, the message must contain all the data for the replacement registration.

The structure contains repeating fields for each of several joint registrants. The number of registration details instances is indicated in RegistDtls.
